Chase Guide provides account-based tools for collectors, vendors, and teams managing collection workflows. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

Information we collect

When you create an account or sign in, we collect account information such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, profile image, and account type selection. If you sign in with Google, we request only the basic Google account information needed to identify your account and complete sign-in.

How we use information

We use account information to authenticate you, maintain your Chase Guide profile, route you through onboarding, protect the service, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

Google user data

Google account data is used only for sign-in, account creation, and profile setup. Chase Guide does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google product content.

Data storage

Account records are stored using Firebase services. We keep account information while your account is active or as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

Your choices

You can contact us to request help with account access, profile updates, or account deletion. You can also review and revoke Google account permissions from your Google Account security settings.
